Tenancy cleaning

We know how important it is to have a perfectly clean property when you are moving out.
We're here to spare you the stress. Our cleaners will get your property looking spotless, smelling fresh and avoid any disputes with tenants / landlords.
Although every clean is tailored to a customer's specific requirements, we do offer the following as standard:

EFM operate seven days a week in most locations and even offer evening appointments to work around your busy schedule. We make flat pack furniture easy and stress free. Our team also tidy up after themselves, position the furniture exactly where you require it, and will install or fix to the wall where necessary. In addition to this EFM also provide a specialist service in small DIY projects should this be required.
